Close to everything, feels like home

Merritt and team were very responsive. They helped answer questions and did their best to accommodate. The room itself was beautiful. There was a large, comfortable bed, a huge TV and a clean, accessible bathroom.

Merritt’s place was such a gem! We stayed here for the night when we came into town to watch a concert at Beak and Skiff and it was perfect! Clean, comfy and super easy to find!

My family loved our stay at this Brewster house! The outdoor dining area was great, and we loved playing bocce as a group. The kitchen was fabulous and the beds were comfortable. As an FYI for those looking to sleep in the upstairs in the second house, there was no AC in that room when we stayed there, so it was very hot. Something I'm sure the host will address, however. Thank you for a great week on the cape!

The home is newly renovated and very nice. The rooms are all themed which was very cute and fun for the kids in particular. The neighborhood is a very nice family friendly neighborhood. Check in and out was very easy and clear. The house included all essentials, in particular the kitchen equipment needed over a few days stay. The yard, bbq and fire pit was very nice, and the game room in the basement was an added bonus. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a rental in the area. The area has so much to do and see nature-wise. A town is very cute and had a grocery store, wine store, coffee shop and many restaurants just within a few minutes drive.

It was a very lovely house with a lot of space. The property itself was very big and peaceful. We had a great stay and were able to find hikes and other activities nearby. Overall the stay was very relaxing with lots of activities to do inside the house.

The cabin was beautiful! It was very clean and had a great air conditioning system! The bathroom was spotless and had soaps, an iron, and hair dryer. The bed was so comfy! It was a nice touch to leave coffee and water for your guests.

We loved our stay in the cabin. It was very clean and comfortable and the location was great! Having a bar/restaurant on the grounds was convenient and it was also centrally located to other things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

We enjoyed a great week of r and r on Oneida Lake! The lake and wildlife were beautiful and the water toys and other amenities were fun. A good time for all!

We had a fantastic stay! Our 3 energetic kids (7, 10, 11) were never bored with the game room, 2 separate living rooms, and a big backyard. The house was immaculate and comfortable. There was so much to explore in the area. We felt totally at home away from home. My questions before and during the trip were answered right away. I only wish our trip was longer so we could enjoy the house more. We plan to try and stay here again the next time we are in town. Highly recommend!!

Great place! Large room and bathroom very comfortable bed/linens lots of thoughtful details. Nice fresh pine smell. Wish we could have stayed longer sitting out front drinking coffee! Short drive to Song Mountain and the Finger Lakes. Easy to get to Route 81 to get to other area attractions. Check out Tinker’s Falls for a cool local hidden waterfall gem. Better deal than the local hotels! Will definitely come back, and get friends to rent the other half of the cabin.
