This property is the lower flat of a duplex, so you may occasionally hear light noise from the upstairs unit. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors – A small back porch is available for smoking. Free parking on the right driveway that is parallel to the house. You can fit around 3 cars. Please do not use the left-side driveway, you can only park on the right side of the driveway. There is shared laundry room in the basement that you’re welcome to use. Just a small request, please avoid leaving clothes in the washer or dryer for extended periods so it’s available for others as well. The locked cleaning closet and attic are off limits to guests.
