This newly renovated home is clean and stylish, offering 3 bedrooms plus a pullout sleeper to sleep 9, with space for up to 10 guests using the full pullout sofa. A rollaway bed is also available in the unfinished basement, tucked behind the curtains for added privacy. Just steps from Greenland Pond and a short walk to Long Pond, it’s perfect for swimming, boating, and Cape adventures.

Open kitchen and dining area, with steps down to a new patio at the back of the house, complete with dining and lounging furniture and a wood-burning fire pit. The kitchen has all new cabinets and appliances, and the living room is spacious for entertaining or lounging after a day at the beach. Modern appliances, Nespresso coffee maker, and beverage fridge included. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has an exceptionally comfortable king bed and desk for working, a queen bedroom, and the final bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top and double on the bottom and twin trundle down below. In the finished basement, you’ll find a new pullout loveseat that converts to a full bed, along with a rollaway bed tucked behind the curtains for extra sleeping space. There are two smart TVs in the living room and basement, board games, puzzles, and books. The yard is private and peaceful. Walk down to Greenland Pond (take 3 lefts as soon as you can) and enjoy the beach, boating (bring your own boat or inquire about our canoe), and fresh pond swimming.
