Pets are not allowed at the property. Driveway parking accommodates up to 3 cars max right next to the house, and professional snow removal is provided during the winter months (November 1st to April 1st). Guests must be 21+ to book, and an adult must be present for any children under 18. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Outdoor armchairs should be stored with their waterproof covers next to the AC unit during the winter season. Trash and recycling pickup occurs every Wednesday; please consolidate all trash into one bag and place it in the outdoor bins by the roadside west of the entry driveway. There are no security or doorbell cameras on the property, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. Please note that the property runs on a well water system, and the water is not directly potable. Lastly, please observe local quiet hours from 9pm to 9am, and always use caution on the loft ladder by facing it and maintaining three-point contact.
