Dogs welcome (max 2, well-behaved). Please be aware that during winter months, we recommend a larger vehicle as the driveway is gravel and uphill. Guests must be 18+ to book. Outdoor furniture should be covered and velcroed after use; close umbrellas when not in use. Trash pickup Wednesday AM; if you happen to be at the property, please set bins out Tuesday night. Exterior security cameras at pool area and downstairs entrance. Adjacent properties have tree stands; you may hear hunting activity nearby. Check for ticks after hiking on the property.
