Close to everything, feels like home

Such a beautiful and fun cabin. There was so much to do in this cabin! My kids loved the pool table. We barbecued and did a campfire . We also took the kayaks out and caught a bunch of fish! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

My family and I were in town for a baseball tournament in Cortland and stumbled upon this place when looking for somewhere to stay and it did not disappoint. The sights are beautiful and the place was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It was less than 30 minutes to Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex (The Lumber Yard) and the restaurant at the golf course on sight have great service and food. We will look to stay here again the next time we are in town for a baseball tournament.

We had the most amazing stay at Merritt’s place. The photos and property are exactly as advertised. Property is beautiful. The communication was amazing, check in and check out were easy. Golfing, restaurant on site and stores within a quick distance! Would 100 percent stay here again!

This home worked out great for our brief family stay in Manlius. The neighborhood was quiet and family oriented. The home was in very good condition with a fun decorating scheme. We've stayed in numerous properties and its clear this one is managed with a professional approach. We appreciated the the host checked in with us during the stay in case there were any issues, but we had none. An excellent stay.

Loved this location! Peaceful, Comfortable, Perfect for families or couples. Merritt was accesible and easy to contact, extremely responsive. After some 14 hrs driving this cabin was the perfect place to relax and rest before taking on driving again, I will return to explore the area. Highly recommmended.

The cabin was great and in a wonderful area. Great food options near by with lots to do in the area. Our hosts were really responsive and friendly. The king sized bed and walk in shower were absolutely amazing after a long day on the water. Restaurant on site and will definitely book again!

We had a very fun family vacation. Three generations, 2 teenagers, 2 college students, one person whose happy place is the kitchen. All enjoy each other’s company. This is was a great house to do that. The game room was a bonus. Merritt answered all questions promptly.

We loved our stay! Merritt and the other co-hosts were so helpful and proactive with check in and check out responses, we were never left with questions. Our goal with this booking was a peaceful and relaxing getaway and that’s exactly what we had. The room was so comfortable and had everything we needed for three nights. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quaint getaway spot in central NY. Best of all, only 20 minutes to Skaneateles, my favorite town in the area. Definitely keeping this spot in mind to book again :)

Clean, comfortable, modern yet charming. We also enjoyed the adjacent restaurant for dinner with fresh salads, burgers, and wings as well as Upstate NY signature dishes on the menu. The fire pit in the back of the cabins was very nice, surrounded by a lovely patio. Highly recommend this scenic and cozy stay.

We had an awesome stay! The house was super clean and had tons of space for our group of 8 adults and 3 kids. The heated pool was amazing—definitely a favorite for everyone. Wi-Fi worked great, and the theater room was perfect for movie nights. The neighborhood was really quiet and peaceful, which we loved. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing getaway. Would totally stay here again!
